All the way from the States, JForte’s journey began in the subways of New York where he went from homeless to a thriving talented artist.

JForte’s music is impacting people all around the world through his voice, messages and stories he shares with us. “I'm not your average lyricist. I have a story that I get to share with the world” explains JForte. “I shape into many forms but for this page, I am an artist and I love my craft!”

The multifaceted artist is a one-man streaming machine in his own right. Musically, he gestures toward the current hip-hop world and shines bright.

From the first moment we hear JForte’s music, one thing becomes very obvious… The guy has talent! There is an easy and outgoing warmth to his voice which makes his performance impeccable. His music is disarmingly wistful and totally bereft of joy, and in particular ‘Make It Happen (Boom Bap)’ which is serviceably sutured into JForte rhyme clusters delivered in a rapid-fire blur that’s almost microtonal!

Gentle synths paillasse the melody giving it that perfect balance and space to embrace JForte’s vocals and let it shine as he sets the proper mood for his tracks.

Your festival lineup or club night needs an infusion of drip? You know who to call. When a rap album needs a feature, JForte is usually your guy.

You can listen to JForte on the Spotify playlist HIDDEN GEMS. Follow the hyperlink below to connect with the artist and stay within the loop on all of his current and future projects.

VILNIUS - It was the season of change - coronavirus, #blacklivesmatter movement and hurricanes. The onset of a number of events which came from left field.

For the international Jewish community there was another event, which was hitting close to home. It was something which hit the heart of every living Jew. It was the decision by the Lithuanian government to build a conference centre, on the grounds of a 500-year cemetery.  International groups and interfaith leaders rallied in support to protect the cemetery and prevent the construction. The White House expressed its strong opposition to the desecration. Legal experts from across the globe have verified that the construction constitutes a violation of the Geneva Convention and EU Charter of Human Rights.

As some of the dust settles, one group propels forward in its campaign to secure the termination of the government’s decision to construct the conference centre. The organization consists of political practitioners, businessmen and interfaith leaders, all vehemently opposed to the government’s initiative. They call themselves “Save Vilna.” These activists are working 24 hours a day to bring a halt to the Lithuanian government’s ill-conceived plan. They will leave no stone unturned. Their energy knows no bounds.

Amongst this group, hidden within the layers of determination that reverberates amongst every living member, is one soul who will not rest until the government’s plan is diffused. People who are close to him said that he is committed to serve the Jewish community. At heart he is Lithuanian in every sense of the word. He walks the walk and talks the talk with the cherished memories of his ancestors. They are Lithuanians that lived and breathed Jewish life in Vilnius. He is Reb Dov Fried. This is a man who deeply cares about Lithuanian culture, someone who is committed to preserving the spirit of the country. Mr. Fried could not be reached for comment.

A spokesperson for the group confirmed that the Save Vilna campaign has expended significant resources in drawing up plans for the cemetery in Shnipishok, to beautify the plot of land. Tourist guides say that this piece of real estate could become the Jewel of Vilna, a place where Jews internationally come together and pay their respects.

One thing is certain, if Reb Dov Fried has his way, Lithuania will be better for it.

VILNIUS - After a 3-month economic hiatus caused from the coronavirus lockdown, the Lithuanian economy faces yet another hurdle - coming to terms with the government’s ill-fated initiative to build a conference centre on a Jewish cemetery. The decision was made in spite of wide spread international opposition from political and religious groups, which called the Lithuanian government out for its desecration of a Jewish cemetery and for invoking a policy which runs contrary to the Geneva Convention and to the EU Charter of Human Rights.

A consequence of the decision to build the conference centre is that Dr Mathew Anthony Harper, a White House press person and representative of a group of evangelicals, has called for a boycott of all tourism in Lithuania.  Christian evangelicals represent close to a billion people.

An independent poll concluded that the majority of Europeans will not visit Lithuania, if a boycott is invoked. The call for the boycott by Dr. Harper has widespread interfaith support.

Most Lithuanians see the government as being directly responsible for the economic woes that will befall the economy, post coronavirus.  Experts say that a boycott will be little comfort to an economy which needs a heavy dose of stimulus. Analysts called the government’s decision to build the conference centre as “irresponsible.”

Lithuanians wait with baited breath, in the hope that the government will reverse the plan to construct the conference centre, on the property of the Jewish cemetery.

VILNIUS - Still reeling from a no-fly zone and the flying ban on most commercial airlines through Europe, a bitter consequence of the coronavirus, Lithuania has been dealt another blow: an international boycott against tourism in Lithuania. The protest will mean that thousands of jobs in the tourist sector in Lithuania will be lost.

The boycott is a result of the Lithuanian government’s ill-fated decision to construct a conference centre on a Jewish cemetery, in violation of the Geneva Convention and the EU Charter of Human Rights. The respective charters prohibit the desecration of a cemetery.

Dr. Mathew Anthony Harper, a White House press spokesman for Christian news networks declared that the Lithuanian government’s decision to build the conference centre is atrocious. Dr. Harper together with prominent members of the international Jewish community have indicated that they will boycott Lithuanian tourism, if steps to initiate the construction go ahead. A petition signed by leaders from a broad spectrum of religious denominations, unequivocally declared the government’s proposal as a desecration of a Jewish cemetery. The cemetery is home to tens of thousands holy Jewish scholars who are buried on the site. The historical site has origins which go back over 500 years.

The initial plan to build the conference centre in Vilnius on the Jewish cemetery is being viewed as consequence of systemic antisemitism within the Lithuanian government.

An independent poll conducted by the CBD News Corporation concluded that 63% of Europeans would support the boycott and not visit Lithuania, if the government went ahead with its plans.

VILNIUS - Emotions in Lithuania are running high. The country is reeling from a corona inspired lockdown which has impacted many businesses. Eating establishments display mannequins at tables to create ambiance. Gone are the tourists who sat together in celebration, nibbling on local cuisine and sipping fine wine.

To add insult to injury, influential political groups have rallied together to lead a boycott against Lithuanian tourism. It is a protest against the Lithuanian government’s decision to build a conference centre on a Jewish cemetery, a desecration of holy ground, purchased freehold for the Jewish community in Vilnius.

The impact of the government’s decision is set to result in the loss of thousands of jobs as a consequence of the boycott. Most Lithuanians believe that the controversial decision is a constraint on enhancing positive diplomatic relations in the international playing field.

An independent poll conducted by CBD News Agency concluded that 58.4% Lithuanians did not favor the construction of the conference centre in Vilnius, 16.3% believed it would be favorable and 25.3% didn’t have an opinion.

The Sullivan Sees, led by songwriter/musician Mick Cooper, give us a glimpse and snapshot of lockdown that pays tribute to the everyday saviours with the new single “Strange Times”. An eclectic and collaborative song that showcases both the artistic merit of musicianship, and the distinctive message that parallels with it.

Alongside Cooper, at the helm on lead vocals, he is joined by a robust cast of feature artists at the top of their game on this track that includes Dan Harriss on piano, Mattias on guitar, Josue on trumpet, Jason Meekins on drums, rapper Mic, and a debut performance by Ann on backup vocals. You can hear a showcasing of each member’s craft throughout the song’s duration. With Cooper’s chilled yet mysterious low-to-mid range lead vocals, this song encapsulates an effectively ambient story telling technique that gets your attention from the beginning. The song itself has a clean mix between a lighter 90s-influenced indie rock sensibility with hints of jazz and a versatile vibe that touches on several other genre textures and moods. Cooper presents the song with subtlety and his passion is definitely apparent with both his performance and content.

Feature artist Ann’s vocal appearance is quite a treat. Her impressively high range with tour de force harmonies really enhances the overall performance and compliments Cooper’s vocals. Rapper Mic delivers some bars and hooks during the song’s bridge and breakdown that really adds to this track’s versatility. He’s unexpected, but certainly not out of place. Meanwhile the guitar work towards this part of the song has a true visceral feel with structured melodic swells, bluesy riffage and overall precision that really solidifies Mattias’s craft on this track. It’s hard to pick the stand out performance as all musicians are on the top of their game. Dan Harriss delivers an amazing jazz piano and “Magic” Josue’s trumpet highlights why he is building up a strong following in his own right.

All revenues from “Strange Times” are going to NHS charities. The song is available now on Apple Music, ITunes, Spotify, and other digital music streaming platforms. You’ll definitely be adding this one to your playlist.

Vandes Jackson has been making big moves in the hip hop game. Not only as the founder of Rockstar Trap Music(R.T.M.), a collective that delivers everything from Trap to Rock and everything in between, but also his own music including his latest singles; “Vibe” and “Boom”.

Both released this year, Vandes’ latest singles showcase an extreme level of authenticity in terms of writing and production. These were targets, and Vandes Jackson is on the front lines blowing them to smithereens.

Energetic, catchy, and unique broadly covers up not only Vandes’ style, but also who he is as an artist as well. Essentially, he can create layers of melodic rhythms from nothing to catch the listeners. To add ammo to the gunfight, the collective implements words as percussive textures with a trap music foundation. Sleazo, & Anonymous take us on a journey of partying, and uplifting chants that pierce the air with vibes that simply make you want to dance. That’s it! That’s where they get you! To be able to easily come up with wild ideas that turn out amazing every time is a gift. This guy is dangerous! As an independent artist, even more dangerous to be fearless doing so.

With very high hopes of one day sharing the stage with the likes of Young Thug and Quality Control in its entirety, he’s working extremely hard to ensure his dreams become reality harder than anyone you’ve ever seen.
